Starwood Worldwide Reservation System and the availability of

In order to give your clients a better understanding of the convenience
of our location, we request that the
Walt Disney World Swan
and Dolphin Resort be listed under a separate geographic
designation of the
Walt Disney World® Resort. Specifics for
the proper listing of the
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
Resort follow under the "procedures for brochure inclusion" section.

Disney
Ticket Media:
A variety of admission tickets, including length-of-stay tickets
(unlimited passport) are available for purchase for guests of
the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort
at the Disney Guest Services desk in the lobby of each wing
of the resort.
Convenient Location/Complimentary Transportation:
In addition to the water transportation to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios™, regularly scheduled Walt
Disney World motorcoach transportation provides quick
access throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort, including
the Magic Kingdom® Park, Downtown Disney®
area, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park , Disney's
Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and all other Walt Disney World
Theme Parks and Attractions. These services are available to
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort guests
at no charge.
Preferred Access to Disney Golf:
Groups can book tee times in advance at the five nearby championship
Walt Disney World® golf courses on a space-available
basis. Individual guests can arrange for tee times through the
Disney Guest Services desk located in the lobby of each wing
of the resort, or by calling (407)939-4653 (407-WDW-GOLF).
Dining with Disney Characters:
Dine with appearances by some of the lovable Disney characters
for breakfast or dinner in select Walt Disney World
Swan and Dolphin Resort restaurants. Characters subject
to change without notice. Please check with the Concierge for
details .
Disney Entertainment:
Includes availability of the famous Disney characters, such
as Mickey Mouse, for special parties, character breakfasts,
etc. Disney musical groups as well as themed shows, fireworks
and cocktail cruises can also be arranged.
Disney Seminars:
Guests of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
Resort can take advantage of Disney seminars including "Innovation
In Action" a behind-the-scenes look at the Walt Disney World®
Resort. These seminars are only available to guests staying
on Walt Disney World property.
Disney Restaurants:
Priority seating can be made through the Walt Disney
World Swan and Dolphin Resort for selected table service
restaurants and dinner shows within the Walt Disney World®
Resort, on a space-available basis.
PROCEDURES
FOR BROCHURE INCLUSION
The location of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
Resort is a key factor in presenting the resort to your clients
and it is important that the guidelines listed below are followed:
Example I:
If your brochure lists hotels in Orlando under specific locations
such as; Hotels on International Drive, the Walt Disney
World Swan and Dolphin Resort will be listed under
a separate category designated the "Walt Disney World®
Resort."
Example II:
If your brochure lists hotels in Orlando, the Walt Disney
World Swan and Dolphin Resort will be listed as a separate
category designation under the main Walt Disney World®
Resort area category as being located in the Epcot® Resort
area.
Photographs:
It is also agreed that the resort photography will be given
a prominent place in your brochure. If a specific order of placement
exists, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
Resort will have its separate designated placement.
PHOTOGRAPHY
AND RESORT LOGO USAGE
Use of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
Resort photographs and logos must have prior approval of the
Walt Disney Company.
Brochure Copy:
We request that a copy of your brochure, the mock-up of your
listing, and complete Orlando section be mailed to our office
for copyright approval 45 days prior to your publishing deadline.
