With total revenue exceeding $15 million, O’Brien attained the highest percentage to goal of any Starwood Hotels and Resorts sales team member on the continent. It is the second time O’Brien has won the award, previously winning in 2007.  In 2011, she generated group room revenue of more than $8.5 million and a food and beverage revenue of more than $6.5 million for the 2,265-room convention hotel located in Walt Disney World Resort.
