WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN AND DOLPHIN HOTEL ANNOUNCES $125 MILLION REDESIGN

Lake Buena Vista, Fla. – Oct. 23, 2014 – The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel is getting the largest makeover in its history. The hotel has launched a multi-phase, multi-year, $125 million redesign project that will transform every guest room in the 758-room Swan Hotel and the 1,509-room Dolphin Hotel.

GINO MARASCO APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF SALES AT THE WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN AND DOLPHIN HOTEL

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – July 8, 2014 - The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel has named Gino Marascodirector of sales. With nearly 20 years of hospitality experience, he will now be responsible for overseeing the group sales operation at the 2,265-room hotel.

Prior to joining the hotel, Marasco led the sales teams at properties including The Hilton Orlando, The Loews Atlanta, The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation and The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

NICK ANDERSON NAMED GROUP SALES ACCOUNT DIRECTOR FOR NEW YORK/NEW JERSEY REGION AT THE WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN AND DOLPHIN HOTEL

Lake Buena Vista, Fla. – May 22, 2014 – The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel has appointed Nick Anderson group sales account director. In Anderson’s new role, he will be responsible for the supervision of accounts in the New York and New Jersey markets.

Anderson has nearly 10 years of experience in group sales, serving some of the world’s largest hotels at the managerial and director levels. His career highlights include pre-opening operations and sales for several of the major convention hotels in Las Vegas.
